Isabella Powell, mezzo-soprano, holds a master’s in vocal performance from the University of Mobile and a bachelor’s from the University of Alabama. She has performed in roles such as Fredrika in A Little Night Music, Mae Jones in Street Scene, Chiffon in Little Shop of Horrors, Sandra Bloom in Big Fish, and Elsa in The Sound of Music. She teaches voice, piano, acting, and dance. Isabella competed for Miss Alabama for seven years, with her most notable title being Miss University of Alabama. She also developed the nonprofit “Gimme-a-Break“ providing Sensory Rooms for those with exceptional needs. Isabella is excited to work with Golden Triangle Theatre this year!
