All For One

The All for One program was created to address a critical gap in education, particularly in underserved schools and communities where fine arts programs are often limited or unavailable due to budget constraints. As a performing arts nonprofit, Golden Triangle Theatre has partnered with Fairview Elementary, West Clay Elementary, Hunt Intermediate School, and the Boys & Girls Club of Columbus over the last two years to provide performing arts education to students who may not otherwise have access to these opportunities. In a world where creativity, communication, and collaboration are increasingly important, the All for One program helps equip future community leaders with valuable life skills through the arts.

The program began in Fall 2024 with 48 students at Fairview Elementary. It quickly expanded to West Clay Elementary, increasing enrollment to 68 students in just one school term. During the 2025–2026 school year, the program continued to grow by partnering with Hunt Intermediate School, serving 35 students through weekly theatre instruction, and reaching approximately 100 students through the Boys & Girls Club of Columbus. This year also marked an exciting milestone as students participated in the first-ever All for One production, giving them the opportunity to showcase what they learned in a live performance. This continued growth demonstrates both the need for and the impact of arts education in our community.

Through theatre, students develop essential soft skills that support both personal and professional success. Participants strengthen communication skills, build confidence, improve problem-solving abilities, and learn to work effectively as part of a team. The program also encourages adaptability, resilience, responsibility, and leadership. These skills are valuable in any career path and help students succeed both inside and outside the classroom. By providing access to meaningful arts experiences, the All for One program is helping students grow into confident, creative, and engaged members of their communities.
